You can apply via MMI Connect here.

When we apply for the fair, what does that include?

When you submit your application, it only includes stand space at bauma CONEXPO INDIA. That automatically includes the entry in the exhibitor directory (online directory), a basic entry in the show catalog, as well a contingent of exhibitor passes, depending on your stand size. You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services, and advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.

When and how will I be invoiced?

Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application with a down payment invoice by mail. The down payment invoice amounts to 40 percent of the participation fee and is to be paid upon receipt. You will receive a separate admission invoice for the balance, which must be paid immediately after you receive your stand proposal. Invoiced amounts on all invoices that are connected to the event are to be paid without deductions and free of all charges by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor’s company name and invoice number.

Can co-exhibitors exhibit at my stand? If so, how can I register them?

Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors at their stands. The main exhibiting company (lessee of space from organizers) must add a co-exhibitor to their application via MMI Connect. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibit. The application fee for each co-exhibitor is INR 5500. The main exhibitor will be charged this fee. Additionally represented companies are not allowed at the booth.

As an exhibitor, what additional services can I order?

As an exhibitor you will be able to order additional service like furniture, graphics and sponsoring opportunities through our online exhibitor platform MMI Connect.

Can bauma CONEXPO INDIA help me to obtain a visa to enter India for the event?

We can help you with an invitation letter to explain the reason for the visit. You can register yourself and your employees for an invitation letter, which will then be sent to you as a PDF file. The form that you must complete to apply for an invitation letter and contact information for visa inquiries can be found in the exhibitor manual, which will be sent to you 3 months before the exhibition.
