• Step 1: Visit the MMI connect portal — https://mmiconnect.in/app/auth/login
• Step 2: Click Create and set up your account.

• Step 1: Login with your username and password on MMI Connect platform.
• Step 2: Choose Under MMI Events, select bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 Exhibition and start filling your application form.

• Who qualifies? All past exhibitors.
• Deadline: Apply on MMI connect before 15 July 2025 to lock in the loyalty rate.

Upon approval of the application form by Messe Muenchen India, the applicant will receive a Proforma Invoice covering 100% of the anticipated participation fees. The applicant is required to strictly adhere to the following payment schedule unless alternative deadlines are explicitly outlined in the Proforma Invoice:

• 40% advance payment needs to be made immediately but not beyond 21 days from the date of proforma invoice. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the application and the allocated space may be released by Messe Muenchen India.

• 60% balance payment needs to be done immediately once your stand allocation is confirmed. 100% payment to be done minimum ( 12th August, 2026) 45 days before the show date.

• For Immediate 100% advance payment – 2% “Help Us Plan” (HUP) incentive is available.

• Interest @ 12% will be levied for delayed payments.

• The final GST Tax Invoice will be issued within 30 days from the last date of the show.

• Until 20th June 2025 – 40% of the participation fee as a penalty.

• Cancelled between 21st January – 15th May 2026 – 70% of the participation fee as a penalty.

• Cancelled post 16th May 2026 – 100% of the participation fee as a penalty

The special booth construction company appointed by bare space exhibitors will have to pay a security deposit as follows:

• INR 50,000.00 (Rupees Fifty Thousand) for booth less than 50 sqm

• INR 1,00,000.00 (Rupees One lakh) for booth more than 50 sqm up to 150 sqm

• INR 1,50,000.00 (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand) for booth above 150 sqm

• Payment by demand draft only.

• The demand draft should be in favour of “Messe Muenchen India Pvt. Ltd..” payable at “Mumbai”.

• If the contractor fails to submit the security deposit by demand draft the booth possession will not be given, no cash or Cheque will be accepted as a security deposit.

• In an exceptional case, if a security deposit is accepted in cash, there will be a service charge of INR 5,000 or 10% of the deposit amount whichever is higher and the same will be deducted from the security deposit.
