No. The existing contract and accompanying application form retains its validity for the new dates.
The advance payment shall be applied to your participation in the show on the new show dates.
The advance for services shall be applied to the services contracted for on the new show dates.
Yes, you can cancel your participation.
If you cancel your participation before November 6th, 2020 there will be no cancellation charges. The cancellation charges have been waived off. This is a one-time special case extended to our exhibitors in light of the COVID 19 pandemic.
We will give you a full refund of your payments, subject to applicable bank transaction charges and forex gain/loss, or you can credit the amount towards the next edition of the show. This is applicable for payments towards additional services e.g. stand package, invoiced by bC Expo pvt. ltd too.
If you cancel participation on or after 6th November 2020, the terms regarding cancellation according to the ‘Terms of Participation’ annexed to the ‘Application Form’ will apply.
If you’ve decided to cancel your participation, please reach out to us with your intent to cancel before 6th November 2020 via an email to this address email@example.com, if you are applying from India and firstname.lastname@example.org, if applying from outside India. In the email clearly mention the name of your organization/entity and attach supporting documents like the invoice issued by us, payment advice evidencing the payments made by you, and a copy of the signed application form. Our team will verify the details and share a termination agreement with you which you will have to execute to enable us to process your refund.
Your refund will be initiated within 6 weeks of us receiving a signed copy of the termination agreement.
Yes. Your payment will be returned, subject to applicable bank transaction charges and forex gain/loss, within the next 6 weeks. We will issue a refund notice to you via email when we initiate the refund. If you have not received your refund notice in the next 6 weeks, please contact us.
As this payment is made to a third party vendor, bC Expo India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for this payment. You may contact your vendor directly for a refund.

bauma CONEXPO INDIA has already begun investing in new marketing initiatives such as webinars, offering knowledge-sharing platforms, and connecting the exhibitor community with customers.
Engaging stakeholders in webinars has ensured our connection and communication with the buyer community is constant and our reach continues to grow. We also had engagements with top government officials, this has ensured added visibility and accessibility with govt. officials and the Ministry.
Through our Customer Connect program, we have increased our reach and understanding of the buyer's needs. There has been a special focus and drive in building and enhancing our database during the lockdown.
Other similar initiatives are planned, aimed at building a community of interested industry personnel and creating a pool of buyers for you to meet on the exhibition floor on the new dates.
